Nesler Designs gladly accepts returns and exchanges
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

We do not accept cancellations at this time

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, Nesler Designs does not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale (including closeout, clearance, and bargain bin)

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Nesler Designs is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Order Processing
All orders through Nesler Designs (including across our sales platforms) are shipped in the order they are received UNLESS they are marked as a preorder item, backorder item or restock.

We take pride in shipping all orders quickly and efficiently but understand that sometimes life happens, and we may need to add a day or two processing time for your order. We will reach out to you and let you know and offer next steps.

We ship all items within 1-3 days (again, unless they are marked as a preorder, backorder or restock) During peak shipping times we may need to increase our shipping times to 3-5 days to meet demands. This will remain posted on our home page.

Shipping
As of June 2022, we are offering a single flat rate shipping fee of $5.95 across our website. Free shipping on all orders $50 and up.
